This item did not work very long. I made a call and it was replaced but that one did not work either. Just quit with it. Wish someone could design a shuffler that would WORK! It’s a great idea.

Bought 2 of these with the idea of keeping one and giving the other to my mother. Neither worked well and failed soon after using. The seller was magnificent and refunded our money.

Maybe I got a defective item in this shuffler. Bought it as a gift for my kids. I tried it out to make sure it worked before giving it to them and unfortunately, it is now back in the box it came in because only one side of the shuffler pulls the cards in. We really wanted them to have a shuffler so we went to Wal-mart and found one similar that works perfectly. The price was so inexpensive that we didn’t bother sending it back to have to pay shipping. Again, it could have been one bad apple in the bunch. Somewhat of a disappointment.
